How do I view prices?

1. We operate B2B. To register you must be a business (however, no vat number required).

2. In order to view our wholesale fabric prices, you must be registered with an account. You can apply for an account here

3.We will aim to approve your wholesale account within 24 hours. The more information you provide about your business the quicker you will be approved.


How do I place an order?

To place an order, you will need to register an account on our website first. Once you get your sign in details, you will be able to sign in and order products directly from the website.


Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum order is 15 meters per product and colour. However, the minimum order quantity may vary depending on the product. 

There is no minimum spend on our website.

What if I cannot find the fabric I am looking for online?

If you have searched our website and cannot find the fabric you would like. Please get in touch and we will try and help. Many fabrics in our warehouse are not listed online yet. We can source fabric for you if you are looking for quantities above 75m.

What if the fabric I like is marked as “out of stock”?

 If the item is “out of stock” that mean the stock is currently sold out, please send us an email or click “email me when available”. Once the stock come back . we will contact you as soon as we can. 

Can I visit your warehouse in person?

Yes, we welcome visitors. Please email to arrange a date and time with us. We can also arrange a virtual talk via video call.


Can I order samples before I place my order?

Sure! We understand that the touch and feel of a fabric is very important. We try our best to represent the true likeness of the fabric on our website but to ensure your complete satisfaction we strongly advised that you take advantage of our sample service. You can order the sample here and leave notes for us.

Our samples measure approximately 11cm x 14cm. If a bigger sample is necessary to display a pattern repeat on a larger scale, a bigger sample will be cut.


  1. All UK sample orders will be sent either by Royal Mail tracked post or a courier such as DHL.

Sample orders to countries outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail’s standard airmail service.

  1. Sample swatches are chargeable through our website at £1 each, plus a delivery charge*. However, some luxury products which may cost more for swatches. Prices for such will be calculated automatically online, at the time of ordering.

  2. If you require a larger sample, i.e. a sample length, then please place your order via pigeonwishes@gmail.com, please make sure you include an item code or description, the length you need. Then a formal invoice will be sent to you.

  1. Sample swatch charges are creditable against placement of a main order on the basis that a) you go on to place an order for the items you have ordered swatches of, and b) that your order is in excess of £500.00 & vat, then the cost of the swatches for the fabric you are ordering will be refunded back to you against the invoice for your new order.

*Delivery charges for sample-swatch orders are as follows:-

UK = £2.9

Rest of the World = £4.2


  1. What are the payment terms?

Payment is required in full before shipment on all orders. 

We accept payment via our website check out, also Paypal, Bank Transfers. There are additional charges for certain payment types, these will be explained once your order has been approved and accepted.


2.Delivery & Return


How soon will my order be shipped?

  1. Usually, we aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receiving your order, subject to payment terms. We don’t ship orders over weekend, on Bank Holidays or during Annual company holiday periods.


How soon will I receive my swatch order?


Usually swatch request orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment. Swatches are chargeable and can be ordered online through our website.


  1. Do you deliver outside the UK?


Yes, we deliver to countries all over the world, using couriers such as FedEx or DHL.


Do you charge for delivery?

We offer FREE delivery for orders over £1500 exc VAT (UK) and £5000 exc VAT(non-UK). 


Standard UK delivery charge for all orders under £800.00 exc VAT = £14.95 exc VAT. UK mainland orders between £800 exc VAT to £1500.00 exc VAT = £24.95 exc VAT


Standard Europe delivery charge for all orders under £2,500.00* = £39.99.


Shipping to the rest of the World delivery charge for all orders under £2,500.00* = £55.00 to £150.00, depending on the Country and the order dimensions/weight. A firm shipping cost will be confirmed at the time of ordering, based on your order value.


*Export orders placed over £5000.00 are free delivery.


Do you Ship internationally?

We do. We ship to countries all over the world with lots of happy customers. As the shipping cost varies so widely we are unable to give you the price of delivery until the items have been weighed and measured. We will not charge your payment card.  Once we know the cost of postage we will contact you to confirm if you would like to go ahead.

How can I be sure of an item’s colour?

We do our best to photograph and describe the colour of each fabric we sell. We can never guarantee an exact colour match due to monitor or mobile phone colour settings vary. Please request a samples are available 


Will VAT be placed on my order?

VAT will be automatically calculated based on your Geo-location, if you think the amount is wrong. Please do contact us, we will correct the right charge for you.


When will my pre-order fabric arrive?

Pre Order products will be dispatched when available. Please separate your Pre Orders to your regular order by submitting them separately as shipping on these items will be calculated separately.

What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm & Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

The security of your data is important to us. All personal data are therefore transmitted via a secure SSL connection. And, of course, your data is not shared with third parties.

To process your order, we must share some data that are relevant with our cooperation partners, such as shipping partners and banks, or our partners engaged in the technical processing of our e-mail dispatch function. All our partners treat your data in confidence in accordance with statutory regulations and use only the relevant data for the purpose of the respective service. Data is not shared with other third parties.

As a customer, you consistently have the right to request information on your personal data that has been stored (scope and purpose).
