1.How to order the products

You can order my product via email( pigeonwish@gmail.com), text message to 07948183902 or Online contact via ( http://www.pigeonwishes.com).

When you order, please make sure you include the following information: Item code, Item name, quantity, your contact details , shipping address.

The confirmation message will be sent to you within three business working days after we received your request. If you haven’t heard us after three days, please call +44 7948183902

2.The minimum order

The minimum order is 10 metres or 20 metres depend on the type of the item.

3.Availability

If the item are in stock, a formal invoice will be sent to your within the order confirmation email.

If the item are currently out of stock, I will contact you to confirm the estimate shipping time and you can decide to cancel the order or wait for the shipment.(This not subject to the items marked as β€œwhile in last in stock”)

The prices on the website may change at any time, but changes will not affect your order.

4.Payment

The payment need to be sent to the bank account showed on the invoice. Once we received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

5.Delivery

The item will arrive to you place within 28 days after we send the transaction confirmation email.

Price do not include delivery charges. Any such charges will be set out prior to your purchase and displayed separately and added to the total amount due on the invoice.

You will receive an email confirming dispatch of the Goods.
Shipment may be limited to specific geographic locations. We reserve the right to delay or cancel the order if there are extreme weather condition or other inevitable situation.

5.Cancellation(or change of the order)

How to cancel
Cancellation need to made through email or text message.

Any cancellation( or change of the order) made before we sent the dispatch note will be free of charge. We will issue a full refund after we received the message in writing.
Any cancellation made after we sent the dispatch note, the postage fee will be deducted from the refund.
