1.Delivery
Once we received the order, we will send an order confirmation to confirm the order details. The order will be processed in 5 working days and reach your shipping address in up to 14 working days from the next day of payment date.

2.Returns
Our fabric had been prior checked by the supplier and an independent professional fabric checker. We will also check before we send the order to you.
Return Claim Period – You have 28 days to return the goods after receiving your order.
The return need to be confirmed by us via writing in email( providing your invoice Number, and the nature of the fault/damage). We reserve the right to reject the refund if the return is unauthorised or the none-faulty goods had been altered.
For any faulty item money will be refunded within 3 working days upon receipt of the returned goods.
Unless the goods are faulty, the customer will be liable for the cost of shipping.
