1. Introduction 

Finding the right fabric is a passion. We focus on finding natural sustainable fibre, interesting prints, bold colours and providing a wide variety of ex-designer choices.

2. Making a Purchase

To purchase our product

( Minimum quantity 15 Metre for fabric, or £60 for only buttons).

The easiest way is to register an account here and order through our website.

Otherwise, a completed order form is needed ( Click here to download the order form).  

We are happy to supply fabric samples ( order here ) and answer any questions you may have, please do ask.

3. Invoice and payment

Once we received the order, we will send an order confirmation to confirm the order details. Once you completed the payment. We will delivery the order within 5 working days. 

Note: any invoice that has full outstanding payment overdue after 2 days will be cancelled. 

4. Handling and Return

We handle the fabric with extra care. The fabric will be prechecked and rolled on a recyclable bolting board (80*20*2cm). Then the fabric will be wrapped in corrugated brown paper. 

We normally dispatch the order within 5 working days

Return Claim Period – You have 28 days to return the goods after receiving your order.

The return need to be confirmed by us via writing in email( providing your invoice Number, and the nature of the fault/damage). We reserve the right to reject the refund if the return is unauthorised or the none-faulty goods had been altered. 

For faulty goods,

Funds will be refunded within 3 working days upon receipt of the returned goods.

Unless the goods are faulty, the customer will be liable for the cost of return shipping.
