This Tencel Linen medium slub features a twill weave which provides it with that little extra durability and drape. This is a medium weight fabric at 152gsm however it’s soft handle makes it the ideal fabric for soft casual pieces such as dresses, blouses, trousers and even light jackets. This fabric is made up of 80% Tencel and 20% Linen so it has much more of a Tencel feet to it however the linen brings in a lovely texture. The slub weave means that the yarns have been spun with an irregular texture to them which is what creates the little lines in the fabric, this is very typical for Linen fabrics and creates a very natural finish to the overall look of the fabric. This is a matt fabric so it is ideal for casual wear however the addition of Tenel makes this a beautiful fabric to feel on your skin as well as being breathable too.
